Sample and quality measurement reports for all our productions are systematically archived. In addition, material certificates for all purchased materials are carefully maintained and delivered to our customers along with shipments. Polat Otomat adopts the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle. Accordingly, the materials that enter first are prioritized in production and delivered to our customers. All externally sourced products and services are subject to incoming quality control inspections. Non-conforming products are identified by our quality control team and held in designated rejection areas. Polat Otomat regularly audits and evaluates its suppliers. In line with our Kaizen philosophy, we place great importance on continuous improvement activities. We have established procedures for non-conforming products, and our corrective and preventive actions are communicated to our customers within the scope of the 8D methodology. Polat Otomat believes that the foundation of effective quality management lies in conducting accurate and comprehensive FMEA studies. By identifying potential problems in advance, we achieve the highest efficiency and quality in mass production. Polat Otomat is fully aware that manufacturing capability is directly linked to measurement capability. In this respect, the measurements of our manufactured parts are carried out using equipment such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), calipers, micrometers, surface roughness measuring devices, as well as customized control gauges and fixtures. We possess Johnson gauge sets to ensure that the calibration of our measurement equipment is performed regularly. Upon customer request, we cooperate with accredited testing laboratories to provide material testing services such as spectral analysis, crack detection, hardness testing, and tensile strength testing. All measurements are recorded and can be submitted to our customers upon request
