Machine Park

Polat Otomat has a machine park consisting of CNC Sliding Head Lathes and other supportive universal machinery for metal parts production. The programming, CAD and CAM applications are executed by our expertized team. The maintenence of our machines are performed and recorded at regular basis. Polat Otomat is ready for new machinery investments in the direction of upcoming projects. In CNC Sliding Head Turning machines we are ready to machine parts starting from diameter 3 mm until 32 mm. The corresponding length that we are able to machine at CNC Sliding Head Turning Machines is 320 mm. In CNC Lathes, we are able to machine starting from diameter 10 mm until 300 mm. The maximum length that we can machine in CNC Turning Machines is 500 mm. Polat Otomat machines mainly machines hot and cold drawn steel bars. Besides, raw materials such as forged, casted, copper, brass and aluminium can be mentioned wihin the scope. Polat Otomat is very experienced in the machining of various stainless steel bars. This is one of our strengths why many of our local and international customers prefer to co-operate with us.
