Polat Otomat manufactures CNC fittings and connection components for a wide range of industries. This includes bushings, bolts, special nuts, unions, shafts, and supports. Production is mainly carried out on CNC sliding head (Swiss-type) machines, with a machining capacity ranging from 2 mm to 32 mm in diameter. This allows efficient serial production of small-diameter parts with consistent quality and repeatability. Polat Otomat processes a wide range of materials, including cold and hot drawn free-cutting steels, structural steels, and alloy/transmission steels, as well as brass, copper, and polymers (plastics). The company also has experience in stainless steel machining. The components produced are used in automotive, system manufacturing, hydraulic and pneumatic applications, as well as in medical, food, and biomedical sectors. All production is carried out in accordance with technical drawings and customer specifications, supported by material certificates and inspection reports. Heat treatment and surface finishing processes are performed in cooperation with approved partners.
