Polat Otomat manufactures CNC turned components for a wide range of industries. Our CNC lathes are capable of machining parts with diameters from 10 mm to 300 mm and lengths of up to 500 mm. We process a variety of materials, including free-cutting steels, structural steels, and alloy/transmission steels, as well as brass, copper, and polymers (plastics). In addition, we offer project-based machining of forged and cast components. Polat Otomat also has experience in stainless steel machining. The components produced are used in automotive, system manufacturing, hydraulic and pneumatic applications, as well as in medical, food, and biomedical sectors. All production is carried out in accordance with technical drawings and customer specifications, supported by material certificates and inspection reports. Heat treatment and surface finishing processes are performed in cooperation with approved partners.
