Polat Otomat manufactures a wide range of CNC sliding head (Swiss-type) machined components. Our machines are capable of processing parts with diameters from 2 mm to 32 mm, enabling efficient serial production of small-diameter components with consistent quality and repeatability. We process a variety of materials, including cold and hot drawn free-cutting steels, structural steels, and alloy/transmission steels, as well as brass, copper, and polymers (plastics). Polat Otomat also has experience in stainless steel machining. The components produced are used in automotive, system manufacturing, hydraulic and pneumatic applications, as well as in medical, food, and biomedical sectors. All production is carried out in accordance with technical drawings and customer specifications, supported by material certificates and inspection reports. Heat treatment and surface finishing processes are performed in cooperation with approved partners.
