Polat Otomat is able to machine CNC Machining Parts at a wide range. The dimensions we are able to machine on machining center can be presented as 600x500x1000 mm. Polat Otomat has the ability and experience to machine various different materials. In this regard, cold and hot drawn free cutting steels, construction steels, transmission steels could be mentioned. Additionally copper, brass and various polymer materials can also be included in this scope. Polat Otomat is experienced in the machining of various stainless steel grades. Polat Otomat manufactures various stainless steel parts which are preferred by sensitive industries such as health, biomedical, defense industry and automotive. We are open to take part in the machining of cast and forged material enquiries at Project basis. With respect to heat treatment and coating, we are working with approved and distinguished suppliers. We perform our productions fully according to technical drawings and specifications that are sent by our customers. Documents such as Material Certificate, Measurement Reports are presented to our customers. We consider packaging as an important part as per the instructions of our customers. We use modern packaging materials such as VCI and internationally verified protective oils for this purpose. We use heat treated wooden boxes and palettes with ISPM 15 Standard in our shipments.
